I had a mixed experience at this Premier Inn. The rooms were clean, but a bit basic compared to other branches, and unfortunately, my stay was affected by a strong smell of urine in the bathroom. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

The hotel's location is perfect, right by the river and within easy walking distance of the town center, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience, although good, could be improved, and the hotel might benefit from a refurbishment. The rooms, while clean and with a great view, were a bit small for more than single occupancy.

The hotel offers standard Premier Inn-style rooms that are good value for money. While the rooms are basic, they are tidy. However, some drawbacks include old single-glazed windows and a lack of privacy from neighboring buildings. The location is a standout feature, being very close to the city center and its attractions, with excellent Geordie hospitality in a superb heritage building. The dining experience has its highlights with a superb buffet but was marred by issues like an unpleasant Costa coffee machine and slow service. Overall, the hotel provides a convenient and quiet stay, perfect for exploring the city center and its nightlife.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit small and loud, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. However, the location was excellent, right near the river and within walking distance of popular areas. The dining experience was a mix of good and bad, with delicious breakfast but disappointing coffee. The service was friendly overall, but there were disturbances at night that were not properly addressed.

The hotel was quirky with a small lift to the 4th floor but had large airy rooms with tall windows, though below Premier Inn standards. The service was friendly and helpful, with a noisy storeroom next to our room. The location was great for access to central Newcastle but not the best Premier Inn experienced. The dining options were good value, with a fixed breakfast and nice choices. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
